In order to grant your wish, said rocks also had to be dropped from orbit...by a spaceship...piloted by a rock...which cannot pilot a spaceship, obviously...so it and about 7 billions rocks come crashing through the atmosphere...but wait...how did the rocks get into orbit in the first place?
