Riddles (Forum Game)

So here's a little idea I thought of that I believe has some real potential to be a fun game for us all to play. Basically, it's going to be about riddles and puzzles. I'll start by posting an example, and then the first person to get the correct answer posts the next riddle, or chooses someone else to post the next riddle. Here are some basic guidelines/rules:

1. The riddle/puzzle must have a definite answer. It cannot be a matter of opinion (i.e. a political, religious, etc. question).
2. The riddle/puzzle can be in any form, no restrictions on this. You can post a picture of a visual puzzle and ask people to solve it (for something like a maze, visual proof such as an uploaded solution picture is required.) You can post things like "scavenger hunts", wherein you instruct people to find out who someone is or what they did based on a picture or their name. Use your imagination; the more creative the riddle/puzzle, the better it will be and the more fun people will have!
3. If a riddle remains unsolved after 15 guesses, it is classified as "unsolved", and the last guesser can post a new riddle. If the original poster of the unsolved riddle feels they would like to, they can post the answer to their riddle.
4. Use common sense. If the answer will be somewhat obvious without a hint, don't provide a hint. If some serious searching and random guessing will be involved if a hint is not provided, make sure you give a hint.

I've got a riddle that isn't so hard.

Two fathers and two sons go fishing. Each catches five fish. At the end of the day, fifteen fish were caught.

Since there's nothing for me to answer, here we go:

A man was sitting dead in a cabin. He was not murdered, he did not die of old age, he did not die of starvation, dehydration nor sufforcation. The only observations that were made were that the beverage he was drinking at the time of death was spilled, his belongings were moved without his consent, and that the cabin was not his. How did he die?

'Poison in the drink' or 'dropped in through the roof' are the only things I can think of.

Well, from what I can figure out, he died in a plane crash. He's got some kind of drink that spilled upon impact, he's in the cabin of the plane (Which is not his own), and his baggage shifted when the plane crashed.

Anywho, Free turn for someone else

A man who committed suicide alone is found in a building, dangling several inches off the ground, hung by his neck by a rope tied to a pipe in the ceiling. The building is empty, save for a puddle of water on the floor. How did the man hang himself, if he couldn't reach the pipe?
Presume he's not a ninja and jumps into the air, tying the noose around his neck before he hits the ground again.
