This is nice, now that @notch has had his little rant on twitter, I'm getting stick from the retarded end of his fanbase.
It does confirm that I was absolutely right to stay the f**k away from Minecraft and it's lunatic fanatics.
What I will say however is that I've known Yogscast for a long time, personally and that does not sound like them at all.
I'm not going to be scared away from backing up my mates by some retarded children on the internet.
If I'm totally honest, this sounds like the tired and slightly deluded rantings of a multi-millionaire who took things a bit too seriously.
They are not journalists, they have no training of any sort in that regard, they are there to entertain.

Yea but, the whole idea of insulting Mojang,
They called us "a bunch of nerds who don't know how to run a company"
they also F-bombed kids, insulted a bunch of people..and this.

And they claim they're the reason minecraft is big and that we should thank them more than anyone else in the community.

Yogscast has got to stop acting like they're the kings of Minecraft, and that they're better then everybody else.

You're both acting like deranged fanboys yourselves. Sure. You might like the respective company or podcast and will be more likely to protect said group or individual, but the simple thing was that 2 guys that were a little over there heads thought they were celebrities and started acting like arrogant jerks due to the fact that they weren't used to being in the spotlight like this (Correct me if I'm wrong), and Notch was tired and frustrated. And therefor was more apt to go off on them. Yogcasts behavior was inexcusable as guests, I know that. But come on people, it's a game. It's meant to be fun. With that in mind, Notch and the duo should have chilled the hell out, enjoyed the event, and went home. But nope, they both needed to be stupid.

This is why we think before we post. Kids, this all could have been avoided if they all just kept their heads and ignored each other. However, Yogscast stance on autographing was beyond belief. If I was in charge, I would have kicked them out the second I heard or saw it.

Also, I have no idea why Yogcast think were calling Mojang "nerds" was justified. Considering one is rather large and the other one is pathetically skinny. :/

Listen, all this about Notch vs Yogscast is all just fueled by the community. If you've actually watched the full Yogscast interview with Notch, Notch said on the subject of being in Notch's body and I quote: "Yeah that happened to me as well. Yeah, It was kinda fun, I just started trolling people, then I just went on vacation immediately." Shortly after Notch tweeted the Yogscast hate message, he also tweeted: "And as of a few hours ago, I am officially on vacatio. #skyrim" AKA: Notch is a trolling genius and he planned this from the start as a trolling attempt. Kind of far for a joke, but still...

Yeah, that's what Notch says. We haven't even heard the Yogscast's side of the story yet, so we shouldn't jump to any conclusions.

So apparently all the things that the Yogscast was accused for by Notch were lies. Of course it might also be the Yogscast that's lying, but I still have a hard time believing any of the things that Notch said about them... :/

EDIT: I read Notch's twitter and he says he didn't lie either, so I'm assuming he heard from someone else that the Yogscast had misbehaved etc. He should atleast have talked to the Yogscast first before tweeting about it all and banning them from the MineCon, though...

What is the big deal with all this? Your friends on "twitter" argue and you have nothing to say. But two British guys you don't even know start getting into an argument and suddenly you need to join the raging masses?

I think the whole thing is a big misunderstanding. It doesn't sound like Notch to falsely accuse people like that. Likewise, that doesn't sound like something the Yogscast would do.

Y'know, I think the kid who got the F-bomb was just doing it for attention, come to think of it. He's probably laughing right now as we speak at the fact that he just started a whole flame war on the internet.

I think this will blow over anyway. Do any of you have servers? Also I went on to Camelfox's server then I just somehow ended up in the enderman lair and was like wth?! Then those Enders swarmed over me and I panicked. The admin wasen't too happy and just booted me off. It was not my fault..I just got unlucky.

You spawned in the end? Thats odd. Who was the admin that booted you? Im pretty sure only Camel has op powers.

Yeah I think it could be Camel cause I'm pretty sure no one else could easily booted me out quick. That's the last time I'll join his server. You lot definatly don't mind having me join on your servers (as long I obey your rules). I might need to learn how to fight better if I'm ever going to be attacked by them Enders or anything again.
