I suppose you know the drill for downloading. Change your DNS to 204.45.29.54, click one of the links, and enter the GTS with an open space in your party. Then, click another link, repeat, etc. You might want to have five open spaces just to make it quicker.

Yes, I saw that just yesterday (or the day before, the tests made the days blur into one).

I'm not so keen for it to be a new form but rather a new instalment of the Mewset, aka Mewthree. I don't see the point of giving it a new form, but it'll probably be like that because it's for the whole 'Mewtwo Returns' thing.

I can't really judge the new form as I don't really know what it looks like

I really wish these people used scanners rather than crappy cameras with unnecessarily long shots of the pages.

Maybe Kitty can only see what's in the picture, Gel. Considering she was able to draw it pretty damn good, you could recognise that she can't see through Genesects and cast characters.

I don't think that's her picture; the url says it's from Bulbgarden

Anyway, you might be right. We can't really see anything beneath its torso. Maybe it has a ROBOTIC ABDOMEN

I dunno guys, I think it's kinda cool.

Emphasis on the kinda.

This may be because I'm quite fond of both Mew and Mewtwo's designs, but I actually don't mind it. Sure it looks a little odd with it's head-tail and the random handle on top, but at least it keeps with the theme of a Mew-lookalike without being too cluttered.

(Plus, it looks a lot better than any of the "mewthree" fakemon everyone else has come up with....)

I think they did a fairly good job of keeping it consistent with Mew and Mewtwo's design theme. And that's saying something, considering the designers have been experimenting with new themes for several generations now.

My only complaint is that it looks a bit too much like Mewtwo for my tastes.

Yeah, it looks like Mewtwo's brother rather than a progression (because they aren't an evolutionary line), but it actually makes sense for it to look like that if you put it into context.

First off, you have Mew. Adorable, tiny thing. Then, you have its clone, Mewtwo, which looks like an alien kangaroo. But, he's downright out of control, extremely angry, and powerful. For this reason I don't think people are going to clone Mewtwo for a superior Pokemon, they'll clone Mew again, but do it right.

So that's why Mews two and three look similar. It's because they'd be cloned from the same source, which results in the basic shape that they share (i.e. alien kangaroo shape, rather than the tiny alien cat that Mew is).

Double posting to inform that the new Mew has been confirmed to be a new form of Mewtwo.

I have high doubts that this is ledgit but it exploded all over tumblr so I might as well post it here in case there's a chance that it is.

Yeah I hope not. Absol is already a perfect stand-alone pokemon, and its stats don't really need to be enhanced with an evolution.

Unless that's just an alternate forme, which would make more sense.

I really, really hope those aren't real. If they are, then I probably won't get X/Y. The starters are some of the most important pokemon of the generation, and I know for a fact that Game Freak can put more effort into their designs than that.

Does anyone seriously think those are real? Different art style, Corocoro scan when one just came out a while ago, hilariously awkward faces. The Absol evo art also looks totally unlike Sugimori art.

That is some pretty awkward Japanese they're using and the art style looks nothing like the normal art style. That's definatley fake.
Also why do their Skin/Fur tones change dramatically when they evolve?
