I need someone who can make cities and towns

I'm making a clockwork adventure and I realized that I fail at making cities, not only that but my buildings are fails. First, I'll describe the city.

It has a cheerful, yet eerie environment like something suspicious is happening. I need a main building were the king is and regular houses and an armory building. And maybe some plants to go with it.

This is an adventure series that I'm going to work very hard on, and may be my best adventures yet. I would appreciate some help and I'll give you ten comments and R+'s, and a cute little thing for your signature.

Well i can do cities but only very specific types, and same with buildings, so if a sort of gritty realistic futuristic feel is good then i am your man.
If not find someone else...

There's a Sporecast called Cities and Colonies of Spore that was featured for a long time. You should be able to find something in there. I think person who made it was treverbyn or something.
