| Again, let me fill in for his words. Because he did realize that mistake.
It's okay to upgrade members to "Smaller" ranks that would normally be automatic, but because of some glitch. It doesn't happen. In this situation, I think he'll find it acceptable to upgrade him. Anything more than standard member to legendary member however, isn't allowed. | |
