Best way to track endermen down is set them on fire, it's easier to see them when you single them out and know which one is your killer. :P

Huh. I thought they hated water. So if I get a bucket of lava and fill a hole with it, the Endermen will just fall in and set themselves on fire? Would that be about right?

Well, Bean and I managed to lead an entire party of them into a pit of TNT I built, so that should be possible. (Then again, we were using creative mode...)

Sorry for how stupid this will sound, but if I own two servers will it affect my computer speed? Also, to make a second server, do you only have to do the same thing as the first? Plus, how hard is it compared to server making to get mods?

If you own two servers, nothing should happen to your computer speed. I believe the second server must be in a different folder than the first one, or else it will use the same world, player data, and all the other files from the first server. You can't run two servers on the same ip, you would need a different ip adress for the second if you wanted to run them simultaniously, which would mean a second router. Every mod is different as far as getting and being able to use it.
