GAC minecraft?

I was planning of making a Server, and I did. But after today, you guys would not be able to a handle it. Most of you anyway, get a little more mature and less serious about internet. I might still make one, but after being barraged for making a Chat Box thats not going to happen.

Many little children n got mad at me for making a new chatbox for the GAC.

Aww darn...why didn't some people like the xatbox?
I think that people dislike it because they aren't used to it yet. They aren't comfortable with it yet. Same way when I first joined GAC, I didn't really like the chatbox. I think we should still use the xatbox more often so then we can get used to it.

They threw a childish fit about it. They are not ready for minecraft.

It's an awesome chatbox with many functions. And it makes noice when someone posts.

Okay guys, I've attempted to make a server. Now watch it fail terribly.

This should be the address you need to get in there: 79.75.100.224:25565

I've currently set the player cap at 4, and my username is TheJadrimian. Also, I experienced some lag as the world rendered around me. If you do too, just give it half a minute and see if it clears up.

It won't let me connect for some reason.

It tells me "The connection timed out"
I'm not sure if it's just my internet connection, though.....

Hmm, I'm now attempting to forward the port for the minecraft server to get it open.

It probably means I'm going to have to dig up the manual for my router.

Okay, (excuse the double post) try one of these IP's instead:

192.168.0.5:25565

79.75.100.224:25565

In all likelihood I'll have to change this sometime, but for now it seems to be working at my end.

So, you're getting the timeout error when trying to connect?

When my comp is finally fixed I will once again attempt to make a server for the GAC.

The server is REALLY buggy for me....

1. My posts take about 2 minutes to appear
2. Sometimes then I place things, they dissapear
3. I can't mine anything, the tjing I'm trying to mine just keeps reappearing
4. I keep getting kicked out by a glitch
