Sorry to tell you this, but: All expansion packs for PC games require you to insert the latest one that has been installed into the system. It's not just a Spore thing. I am afriad that this is how it is and it's not going to change, sorry.

I think spore should improve the way a you fight a creature.

1. Theirs no blood.
2. it would be more fun if it were like a beat um up style or tournament fighter.

I've got a list of improvements for Spore on another thread, called "Let's Make a Better Spore!" in the Post Ideas section, and it's a parsec long. I've got at least sixty ideas for the Space Stage alone!

I would gladly sacrifice the entire main game for more creating options. It found a fantastic new idea, but ruined it by forcing itself to add five small, dull, easy games to it. It should also have had more realistic looking parts,and maybe look a bit less cheery and happy, and it would be perfect for me.

I agree with byball9, I think we should also have the option of making cut-scenes for as many acts as you want, and after the cut-scene it should have the option of new goals for longer gameplay. The cut-scenes are like if you're making a movie and you have the option of placing the creature down into the cut-scene and you have a timeline and you can move the creatures limbs and facial expressions, you can also make them speak in the spore made language or if they're an animal they make the same noises that regular animals speak. For the captains you can chose the style of voices. For example:

while the player sees the cut-scenes there will be subtitles to understand what the creatures/Captains are saying.

me too. We should also have the ability to make ships 'land,' doors open, etc.. for the full effect. I wish we could get this over to Maxis!!!!

I'll build on the clip thing. You should be able to set characters, buildings, vehicles, effects, etc to do something after a certain amount of time. You can set a "camera" in a certain spot. Then you determine how long the clip will last. Once that's done, you will see the clip play out. You can save clips and edit them. If you like a clip, you can combine them with other clips you've made to create whole cutscenes! Cutscenes would last five minutes maximum, and can be placed at any point of your Adventures: at the start, the end, in between acts, and when the player reaches a certain location.

I like the idea that you can set creatures to do certain things at certain times, but I don't like the idea of presetting the length of the clip. Making the cutscene should be just like recording a video in the GA creator, except the character's movement is preset.

Most of my suggestions have been taken so here a few I have.

1. Add infantry to Civilization and space combat. I want to see my creature fight with the tank I made.

2. You should be able to drop infantry and vehicles to help attack planets.

3. Vehicles should be combat effective making for more intense planet combat. Capturing a planet should be more complex with ground wars.

4. You not be the only ship your empire has. Like others have said, have fleets to do what you want them to. Or at least have ships defend your colonies and make uber turrets much more powerful but more expensive.

Lazer, just so you know, molecular stage sounds like a REALLY dumb idea. Single molecules cannot be classified as living. It would be really dumb to be able to control them, because in nature, they have no adaptation skills or the ability to make decisions, or even act on instinct. In case you haven;'s been studying yours cell theory, "Cells are the most basic unit of life" Therefore, molecules, which are below cells on the hierarchy of life, cannot be considered living.

Water Stage is just pointless if you ask me. It would have more bugs then all the ones currently in Spore combined.

I agree. If you actually use your imagination a little, you discover that later cell stage is actually water stage. Because once you grow bigger, you're no longer a cell, you are an aquatic multicellular creature. That's how I think of it, and that's the way it shall stay.

If they are to do anything remotely like water stage they should mix cell and water together. Making the evo to land seem much better and less jumpy. As you went from cell to a land creature. Which would make no sense if you think about it.
