Minecraft Hunger Games Server... In Progress

Birdie (yeah i know..) and I are hosting a minecraft hunger games! it is going to take place in a massive snowy castle complex. currently we're still in a building phase, for atmosphere and the labyrinth. our current helpers are

- Delta

if you'd like to help, or just LOOK at the world, you can ask to help here, (THIS WILL REQUIRE EXAMPLES OF YOUR WORK) or ask for the most recent file if you'd like to tour it.

any help and support welcome! also, if you want to participate in the final games, you may not help, and touring is a choice, but it would be more fun if you had NO idea where you were.

I don't really have any examples of my work, but just ask anyone on our RP server in progress. I think they'll say I'm atleast half decent. But it's really your call

K, bean I have seen your work, I'll have delta, the current file-holder send you some pics, and you can see if you can keep to the style. The server will be back up sometime Friday, so you have time to practice. Lol.

Were also looking for trap ideas. NO TNT
Also, if your making a trap, ask me first, but also DON'T make it live, just make it somehow so it's easy to see, and well make them live later, when we reach that phase.

Reason: birdie falls into EVERY trap in existence.

Lava and grinder traps are pretty easy to make, and are obvious when they're not live. Problem is, the person has no way to survive if they get stuck in either one. Grinders smash you until you die, and Lava is just lava. Either way, with my new basic knowledge in redstone, I can pull off both of them

And I could set up some dummy TNT traps, I haven't tested them yet, but the idea is to put a block of unarmed TNT in somebodies face. If you aren't expecting it, you could get quite a shock. I don't know yet, though. I haven't made any prototypes, nor have I tested it.

I was thinking something along the lines of pit traps, ledges that slide away, not difficult traps, but enough to put you in a tough situation.

Ah, for the good old days of TNT hidden under cake dispensers... Anyone remember that?

Most satisfying thing to watch evar.

Oh yeah.... I forgot about dispensers. Lol we could always do some arrow and or snowball traps.

here's what everyone's job is going to be.
Mark; (that's me) main planner and greenhouse builder
Delta: cliff villages and redstone aparatuses
Hutch: planner and wall builder (also towers)
Bean: the church and graveyard
Birdie: staying out of trouble

What should I show? Houses, redstone, traps, cannons, bases in mountains, hidden secrets, piston stuff, random monuments/structures?

non TNT traps, castle type suff.... look at the pics delta posted. that kind of stuff.

this is more of a note to me than anyone else. i made a cliff trap that's the cliff needs to be 13 block ling, at least 5 tall and go back about 9-10 bl;ocks.

Presumable delta is working on the catacombs now, so when we've done a good stretch on them, we can start working on dungeons. Home made dundgeons complete with traps and spawners. We need some really good ideas for these. Possible trapped entrances as well. So people don't CHOOSE to go in.

May I have a look at this whatever it's supposed to be world that everyone seems to be working on? I know I haven't got mad Minecraft skills yet as I'm just a noob at it. I'm so curious about it and I would like a nice tour of it. ^^
