| I voted "explore" because I really enjoy well put-together environments or worlds. Especially when people put a lot of time into it and include many different kinds of environments (like forest, mountains, beaches, and rivers)
Unfortunately, many explore adventures end up not being that way at all.

| For Spore GA:I honestly don't pay attention to genres. Most of the time, creators classify their adventures the wrong way. If everyone classified theirs the way they should be, I really enjoy Puzzles and Quests. For all games:I like shooting games, creativity games, and comedy games. A lot of people hated the Family Guy video game, but since I'm a fan I absolutely loved it. Well, the only creative video game I like is Spore... Spore and Modern Warfare 2 are the only video games I actually play... :I | |

| definitely story. ALL adventures should be story genres, otherwise they're not worth playing :P | |

| The only problem with story adventures is that they usually turn out to be a series, and those can be really hard to follow, even if you're subscribed to the author. And the people who make story adventures are often inexperienced and can't come up with a good enough story. | |

pfft, speak for yourself. no, I mean story adventures like it has a good plot that's original and interesting. it doesn't need to be big, but it can involve every other genre within it

| I love explore adventures. They usually are way less restrained, and take more time to complete. They are also usually more detailed and in depth. I love exploring around with my captain. | |

I get what you mean Gelo. Plot is the hardest thing to get right (and pacing, I think). It's not often that you can find a good plot that's easy to follow or start playing. I worked on Eden's plot for at least 6 months before I started the actual adventures, and that's just for a little 4 part horror series. Is that overboard? =P

| Well, I like adventures with a plot, but really, Quest tends to be a bit odd, and story is more of a narrative. Oh well, I like plot at any rate. (Generally Serious Adventures)

| What makes an adventure, "quest" anyway? it seems like it'd just be like story or something | |

I use the Quest genre for long and multi-concept adventures with alot of different genres included, and for each part in every GA series I create. Basically, it's a wide mix of more than one genre.
