| You were close. The answer was to move the lower-most coin on top of the middle coin, so that it would be a regular cross, but there would be six coins in each row. | |

| Oh. Cool.
I call next riddle (it's a physics question)
Let's say there is a car on a conveyor belt. When the car speeds up, the conveyor belt matches its forward speed in the opposite direction. The car can't move.
Let's say there is an airplane on this same conveyor belt. Whenever the airplane speeds up, the conveyor belt below it matches its forward speed in the opposite direction. However, unlike the car, this airplane can still take off. Why is this?
(hint: think about what makes the car go forward as opposed to what makes the plane go forward)

| The engine powers the propeller, not the wheels. Now for a non-Mythbusters related question:
Which one of these pest control products could the pharaoh of Egypt have used to protect his people from one of the ten plagues? A) Raid Hornet and Wasp spray B) Rid Shampoo C) Black Flag Motels D) The Tick Key
(I am aware that this is a trivia question and not a riddle. I also don't care)

| I'll say the tick key, because the others are more chemical based products.
Another coin riddle (assuming I'm right). OOOOOOO OOOOOO OOOOO OOOO
Move three coins to turn the triangle upside down. This is a lot easier than the cross riddle.

| Well you seem to have made the hornet and wasp spray look like a viable choice now, I just wonder if hornets and wasps would have posed a problem.
1. The Nile River turns to blood 2. Frogs 3. Lice 4. Beasts 5. Livestock disease 6. Boils 7. Hail 8. Locusts 9. Darkness 10. Death of the First Born
Granted there's no victory in the third of four guesses, but I just don't think that any of those are more useful than the other.

Rid Shampoo is a hair lice treatment. Therefore, B was the answer.

| Move the two outside coins from the top row to the outside of the row of two, then move the bottom coin to the top.
And now, it doesn't stand.
Suppose Pez comes out with a Perez Hilton Pez dispenser. If your Perez Hilton Pez is packed completely full of Pez just like Perez Hilton is chock full of celebrety gossip, how many Pez could you pull from Perez's neck? (Or to put it better, how many Pez per Perez Pez?)

| But if Perez Hilton is chock full of celebrity gossip, how could you fit any Pez down said celebrity's neck? Unless you're talking about your Perez Hilton Pez dispenser, which is full of Pez to begin with, then logic dictates that there wouldn't be any room.
My answers to derr riddle are these.

| Ooh, now that's a toughy.
The internet tells me that a Pez dispenser can hold 12 Pez candies (however, I remember that they were able to barely fit one more). So that's how many you could pull form your Perez Hilton Pez dispenser. But if you're talking about the celebrity Perez Hilton, then it would surely depend on how many Pez are already in that person's neck. Is Perez Hilton a fan of Pez?

| 12 is correct. A standard Pez dispenser, shaped like Perez or not, contains 12 pieces of candy.
Since I can't ask another question until I answer someone else's, you may ask now.

| Very well *pulls down brainteaser book, wishes he knew some riddles himself*
When Mike was first going out with Milly he carved their initials inside a heart on a tree trunk 1 metre from the ground. When Mike and Milly were married exactly a year later the tree had grown 20 centimetres. During the following years it doubled its growth rate annually. How high was the heart on Mike and Milly's tenth wedding anniversary?
Hint: It's a bit of a trick.

| 1 metre. When carved in the trunk, a tree carving will stay the same height, regardless of how much the tree grows.
If 24 did another TV season where Jack Bauer got involved with a jack that's a "bower", what would the season be about? A) Jack Bauer performing tasks in a forest using a pickup truck B) Jack Bauer doing mechanical work on a parade float C) Jack Bauer playing a game of euchre D) Jack Bauer riding a donkey whose mother was a mule

| Arrange 10 coins so as to form 5 lines of 4 coins each. EDIT: I just looked at the answer to this. Good luck figuring it out without looking up the answer | |

Also question before the real question, why did you not want anyone looking up your answer when you googled the answer to every single question I posted today, you hypocrite??

| I never said I didn't want anyone googling the answer, Kitty. I said good luck to figuring out the answer without looking it up. Mainly because in the answers section of the book, the final shape is very different to the one you posted, so I thought nobody would think of it. I'm justified, because nobody has, yet. Granted, yours still works, of course.
As for your riddle, I don't know what it's really asking or where the complication lies. Maybe somebody else will answer it.
